Built on Two Generations of Care
The story of Hotel Zamzam Palace didn't start with a building — it started with a promise made by Mr. Hasnu Khan: that every traveller in Agra deserves a clean, comfortable and genuinely welcoming place to stay. For more than ten years he kept that promise across two leased hotels, building a reputation for honest hospitality long before the family owned a single brick.
His son Haseen Khan grew up in that world, learned it inside out, and carried it forward — until the family was finally able to build a hotel entirely their own. That hotel is Zamzam Palace.

The Journey
From a Leased Room to Our Own Palace
- 2012
Where it began
Hotel Avenue
Mr. Hasnu Khan took Hotel Avenue on a six-year lease. He renovated it room by room, kept it spotless, and — more than anything — earned something money can't buy: the trust of his guests. Word spread, guests returned, and the family name became known across Agra for warm, honest hospitality.

Learning the craft
Hotel Rose
Next came Hotel Rose — another four years on lease, run the same way but with a more modern touch. Haseen Khan, Hasnu's son, stepped in to learn every part of the business by hand: the front desk, the housekeeping, the bookings, and above all how to make a guest feel at home.

Hotel Zamzam Palace
After nearly a decade of running hotels on lease, the family did what they had always dreamed of — they built their own. Hotel Zamzam Palace rose from the ground up, designed around everything two generations had learned about looking after people.

Haseen Khan leads as proprietor, with his brother Sharukh alongside him running the day-to-day. Same family, same warmth that started it all — now welcoming travellers from across India and the world, minutes from the Taj Mahal.
